Uschi was born in Bavaria and raised in Munich since she was 4 years old. Growing up in the heart of Munich, amidst of Marienplatz, Opera and Hofbräuhaus, she came in touch with tourists at a very early age. And from her childhood on, Uschi loved to show visitors their way around her beautiful town.

She is a mother of 6 in a German-American family and  always was an entrepreneur. Over the last 20 years Uschi  built and ran a successful tour company.  At some point she decided to specialize on private tours for English speaking guests with all the loving and caring and entertaining spirit that represent Uschi’s personality.  And so Rosie Tours was born.

The name Rosie has a very special meaning to her. We are sure, she is happy to tell you all about it, when you run into her during your tour. This can easily  happen, because Uschi loves to watch over every little detail that she has established as a  procedure within this company.

When she doesn’t work, Uschi loves to spend time with her big family and almost always starts her mornings with a cup of cappuccino and a run.
